HERE’S WHAT MARKJCUNDIFF.COM IS ALL ABOUT
Hey, I’m Mark. By way of a brief introduction, I have spent 30+ working for and with some amazing companies and awesome people. I have learned so much from each relationship and job situation.
Early in my career I developed a passion for studying leadership. I have now read hundreds of books, been to countless training courses, conferences and seminars and listened to thousands of hours of audio training on the subject of leadership.
Another great love of mine is coaching and teaching. Combining the passions has lead me to create this community where we can all learn and grow together as leaders.
Have you ever worked for a bad boss?
Have you ever served under a bad leader?
Have you ever been the bad boss or leader?
THE BAD BOSS
Well if you answered yes to any one or all 3 of these questions then you have come to the right place.
Learning To Lead was created to help you eliminate the Bad Boss and Ineffective Leader from your workplace.
This is a community for you to come be encouraged equipped and inspired to be a great leader for your people.
Over the course of my 30+ year career working in the corporate world I have worked for my share of Bad Bosses and Ineffective Leaders. It has long been a mission of mine to eradicate the bass bosses from our workplaces.
Patrick Lencioni’s pastor told Lencioni the work of a leader in the corporate workplace in more important than that of a himself as a pastor.
If you as a leader of an organization create a positive culture for your team to work and thrive in then those people who work there will go home and be better fathers, husband and members of the community.
However, if you create a negative culture where people hate to work there and are miserable all the time. They go home defeated, angry and negative. They take this into their families and communities and it has long lasting negative repercussions for years to come.
Andy Stanley states; “Leadership is a stewardship and you will be held accountable.”
Powerful words to live by.
I see my Number 1 leadership responsibility as leading my family.
